Upcoming NDIS Organisational Governance Learning Opportunities for the New Year: What's in Store?

I hope that your new year has started well. I am just back from a client visit to the mid north coast of New South Wales. It was great to get out and about. I always enjoy visiting clients at their services and seeing first hand the great work that they do.

With the new year comes new learning opportunities. I am kicking off 2024 with a new masterclass - NDIS Governance Essentials. My first work workshop for the year will be at Shellharbour Civic Centre on Tuesday February 20 from 9am to 12.30pm. Here is the link!

In this masterclass, I am covering current and expected future requirements for NDIS Providers relating to operational governance in the areas of risk management, incident management and complaint management. I will also be discussing the importance of effective policy for NDIS compliance, which extends beyond what is expected during your external audit process.

The registration for this workshop includes a reading and resource list and also a 1:1 personal mentoring 60 minute zoom session with me to discuss what you have identified that you need to improve in your organisation and what you are including in your action plan.

For a short time we have a 2 for offer (ending 13 February). Buy 1 ticket and bring a colleague for free! See the link for more details.

Can't make it to Shellharbour? Let me know where you are located at info@lighthouseadvisoryservices.com.au and I will see if we can organise a masterclass in your area. Otherwise I am developing an on demand masterclasses which you will be able to access any time, and follow up with a 1:1 zoom session with me to ask any questions. If this is of interest to you, let me know what topics you are seeking more information by emailing me on at the above email address.
